Tiny hole (smaller than a pencil eraser)
Dab clear nail polish over the hole. Let dry. Repeat 2–3 times. Done.

Bigger hole — cut a patch
Cut a piece of mesh patch material 1" larger than the hole on all sides. Use scissors to round the corners (square corners peel up over time).

Apply
Most patch material is self-adhesive — peel and stick directly over the hole. Press firmly. Some require a hot iron to bond — see the package.
