Steps

    Stop the cycle and rebalance

    Open the lid/door. Move heavy items so they're spread evenly around the drum. Restart.

    Check the level

    Set a bubble level on top of the washer in two directions. If it's off, adjust the feet — turn them by hand or with a wrench.

    Tighten the locknuts

    After leveling, run the locknut up against the body of the washer so the feet don't back out during vibration.

    If still loud

    It could be a worn shock absorber or bearing — that's service-call territory. Take a quick video for the technician.
