Lift the hinge pin
With the door open, tap the bottom of each hinge pin up from below using a nail and hammer. Pull the pin out the top.

Wipe and lubricate
Clean off any black gunk, then coat the pin in silicone grease or petroleum jelly.

Reinsert and swing
Slide the pin back in and tap it home. Open and close the door a few times to work the lube in.
